1 General Terms

FG777 PH ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is an online gaming and sports betting platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The Platform operates in accordance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and FG777 PH with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, between you and FG777 PH.

FG777 PH may also publish supplementary terms for specific games, promotions, and competitions. These supplementary terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall apply to the extent of the conflict for the relevant product or promotion.

2 Eligibility

To open an account and use the FG777 PH Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of FG777 PH or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the FG777 PH Platform or excluded by PAGCOR from participating in online gaming.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account with FG777 PH, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address.
• You must immediately notify FG777 PH of any changes to your registration details by updating your account profile or contacting support.
• You may hold only one FG777 PH account at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FG777 PH login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your FG777 PH account, whether or not authorised by you.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• FG777 PH does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, third-party fees from your bank or e-wallet provider may apply.

6 Sports Betting Rules

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination

FG777 PH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• FG777 PH is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other legal or regulatory requirement.
• FG777 PH reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

Players may close their own FG777 PH account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the FG777 PH Platform or service, the following process applies:

14 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the FG777 PH Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

FG777 PH operates under PAGCOR license and complies with all applicable Philippine laws including, but not limited to, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
